Gem Hatha Yoga
This Gentle Hatha Yoga Flow will build strength in the ankles, thighs, abdomen and buttocks. It also stretches the shoulders, chest, torso, spine, groin, hamstrings and calves. Additionally, this yoga sequence builds stability in the core muscles, including the abdominal muscles, pelvis, and lower back.
My class is a gentle yoga flow suitable for everyone – yes everyone! Never tried yoga before? Perfect! I am CYA-RYT 200hrs. and I will guide you with comprehensible cues and personal attention to make you comfortable. Why not come out and get a positive outlook on what you’re capable of? My classes don’t just help you feel better physically, but mentally.
